4-H made, ARBA placed!

Have a couple pets looking to hop from 📍Newton, IA

-Lewis'n'Clark
Almost 2 year old Lionhed Buck. Unfortunately he didn't inherit any mane so he cannot stay. He's a sweetheart and loves to explore, hence his name. He does have some battle wounds from said journey, but they've healed.

-Scoli
Almost 2 year old Mini Rex Doe. She does suffer from cooked spine, hence the reason for a PET home. It causes her no pain, I have no idea as to what the cause was as we bought her mom from a breeder while pregnant. Her nose I believe was cut at some point hence the scarring on her as well.

Reminder, pets do not come with pedigrees. While they are purebred, these guys should not be bred.

Please PM for more details. I want these two to find loving homes as I prefer that over culling when they're healthy.

Jasper County Fair results below!!!

Showmanship was something else...not quite how I wanted to go out my senior year, but it's alright. I've never done ARBA style showmanship, only question and answer, so going in after hours of studying to not win kind of hurt but that's okay!

Open show:
Kylee won with S*x on the Beach from Linda McCullough and I got 2nd with Tequila Rose from her as well!! (No BIC)

Overall, I learned one, I gotta stop selling the really good ones to kiddos cus my brood does always look rough, and I think my passion came back a bit.

Lulu's Gang is settled in officially at the fairgrounds. Only 2 made the trip due to others molting 🤦🏻‍♀️

After everything going on in my personal life, I can say I'm not here for the ribbons on the show table, but I'm here for the buckle from showmanship.

So who's gonna tell these two bowl cuts haven't really made a comeback and the "clean girl" aesthetic is popular now, not the crazy fluffy hair😂

Cannot believe I have the privilege to share this, but Cotton Eyed Joe and Rattatoulie are officially 5 years old! If you had told me that first Lionhead litter would've kickstarted my career with Lionheads I wouldn't have believed it. Heck if you had told me that Cotton Eyed Joe would place 2nd at Lionhead Nationals I wouldn't have believed it. These two marked the start of my rabbitry on this day in 2020. I am so thankful for the miles traveled, the days spent on the road and then in a showroom, and the people who have helped me gain as much knowledge in this breed. Cheers to five years! And to even be able to say both still produce kits for my rabbitry is ultimately the greatest blessing.

Day two of 2025:
-Covid-19 hit the Kephart house
-Snow finally came...a little late for snow now that it's past Christmas but whatever I guess 🙄
-Lastly, 2 torts and one black LH kit made their arrival. They're the last litter from Cotton Eyed Joe from my first litter, and my buck who won 2nd at Lionhead Nationals 2021.
