We are breeders of Nigerian Dwarf goats located just 20 minutes south of Fort Wayne, IN. We have both registered and unregistered goats.

Oreo was a little over dramatic about the banding process before his trip and had to let everyone know he’s a drama queen. This was the progression of his tantrum, but within a few minutes he was back to normal and on the road with his favorite transporter. He let us know that Oreo was his buddy during the trip and was in no pain after the banding.

These three cuties took off for their new home Wednesday evening and arrived this afternoon in New York! Isn’t that the craziest thing. Our three boys get to experience life in the big city and I have a feeling they are going to love it. Their new owner has been patiently waiting for their arrival and was over the moon to finally meet them in person. We can’t wait to see how they adjust and hear updates on them. We will miss you Onyx, Fudge and Oreo enjoy the big city and don’t get lost!

LTFTN June has been struggling with her feet recently and in hopes to correct them and keep her comfortable in the process she gets to rock some colorful boots. She’s been a little unsure of them but they are helping to keep her sensitive soles from causing her a lot of pain. Hopefully in the next several weeks we can correct her feet and get her back to walking normally!

Yesterday while cleaning pens Honeybun thought she needed to help and inspected everything I did. The barn is now nice and clean and everyone is enjoying the fresh bedding. Just in time for the weather to start cooling off.

What’s a baby goats favorite snack? Well of course some crunchy leaves! Oreo got to enjoy some leaves last week out on the turf while visiting the vet clinic. The staff have been begging me to bring him to visit before he leaves for New York and he had a great time! This cutie and two others will be leaving here shortly to their new home in New York and we are so excited for them!

We have started to dry off our does from summer kidding as shows are coming to an end and we no longer need the milk. Tonight while getting ready to milk out Alebar Bearfoot Twix I couldn’t help but admire her udder. We have only had this doe for two kiddings and I absolutely love her, she always catches my eye, especially in full milk. I’m so grateful we had the opportunity to bring her into our herd and are loving the improvements she’s brought with her.

Who needs a cute little face to brighten up this rainy Sunday morning. Little miss Jellybean wants to bring some joy to your feed and show off her little milk-stache/beard after receiving her bottle this morning. Her and her sister are both currently available if you are looking for good quality ADGA does!

It was a long hot day, but we had fun and learned a lot from the judges comments. There were four separate judges allowing us to hear four different sets of comments, while some were similar there were some different ones as well. This was Wingler Acres Midnight Mayhem’s first time setting foot in the show ring and I was very happy with him. Today’s placings are as follows:

Wingler Acres Midnight Mayhem:
- Ring 1: 2nd
- Ring 2: 3rd
- Ring 3: 2nd
- Ring 4: 2nd

Bella Rossa Estate AureliaRose:
- Ring 1: 5th
- Ring 2: 6th
- Ring 3: 3rd
- Ring 4: 3rd

KNF Farms SW Winona Meadow:
- Ring 1: 5th

Not a goat post, but I just had to share the tomatoes from our garden. This year we’ve had an abundance of tomatoes and some have been huge! We like to keep a small garden to cook with, give away, or share a special treat with the herd. With as many tomatoes as we’ve had this year I think we may just have to introduce the herd to them.
