COLD WEATHER REMINDER!!!

As the outdoor temperatures start to drop, cats will hide under car hoods for protection and warmth.

Use caution when you start your car in the cold winter months ahead. If cats are left outside, they may climb under the car hood for protection from the cold. Before you climb into your car, slap the hood or open it for a quick look around.

Pictured is Nickel, Socks, and Mischief. When Jessica was hired, there was only a dog named Penny (not pictured).

Since Jessica was already the sitter and understands animals, she was hired to socialize a dog that never lived with cats and a cat adopted into a new home. They became quick best friends after learning how to communicate with each other thanks to Jessica's interactions with them.

Socks was introduced. Long story short, he needed a long-term temporary home. Nickel is a dog-cat, not a cat-cat. Jessica was once again called upon for her expertise in animal language. She helped build a bridge between the cats and also helped Socks learn how to talk to a dog.

Enter Mischief. She is her name. She brought mischief with her into a peaceful balance. Jessica was called in yet again. Not only did she unite the cats, as you can see, but she continued to unite them all with the dog of the house.

End result: Cats get along. Dog now believes she is a cat.
