CANCELATION POLICY
Mountain View grooming and Haley’s dog grooming LLC would greatly appreciate any cancellations made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time.
We understand things happen at the last minute that may prevent you from making it to your appointment. Please feel free to reach out to us to reschedule or cancel your appointment.
Appointments canceled less then 24 hours before scheduled time will incur a cancellation fee of $25 .
No shows will incur a fee up to 50% of appointment cost.

Also any pickup after business hours will be charged a $20 fee unless different arrangements were made.
Non pickups and overnight stays will be $50 per night.
