Mama Lindy and her "Who's ya daddy" puppies are all doing great. 👍

Today I started their ENS (Early Neurological Stimulation) and ESI (Early Scent Introduction) protocols. I will do this daily until they are 16 days old. 🥰

Once puppies are around 2 weeks old, I will then start matching them to our approved waitlist homes. Yay! 🥳

I still have NO clue how Rusty got her if he did. It's definitely possible since they live in our main house together. However, he is the best stud overall as he's a finished Grand Champion, and has the best teddy bear temperament. I just didn't want a fully red & white litter. 🧸

Charlie was the intended stud, he is an amazing boy too! He is the only one who was purposefully bred to her 4 times. Lindy had a very silent heat with no signs or symptoms at all. Rusty started paying attention to her so we immediately put her in with Charlie. We observed 4 ties over a few days with Charlie. Charlie DOES carry for and produce red & white, so genetically speaking it IS possible he and Lindy threw an all red & white litter together. It's just very odd for tricolor Charlie to have a litter with no other parti colors in it.

SO, we shall see! This is crazy for sure! 😂 Yes it's possible both are fathers to these puppies, and the testing will show on each puppy.

We certainly, most graciously, and with heartfelt gratefulness appreciate donations of the things we need to properly care for all our NICU critical care babies and our maternity and postpartum foster mamas!

The East Texas Spca simply does not receive enough donations to keep up with providing what I need to do what I do., So I often provide my own supplies. It gets quite expensive. 🤷‍♀️

My first new year's resolution is to get the dna parentage tests shipped back asap to the lab so we can 100% know who the sire is on Lindy's litter! 😂

Yup, got the tests today and they are collected and ready for testing at the lab. Yay!

Sweet mama Lindy is quite curious as she gets to know her newborns. She's doing great and is an excellent mother! 🥰

All puppies are gaining weight beautifully, except the smallest boy who is now getting supplemented twice per day to boost him. ❤
