This week we are celebrating our Care Coordinators for Vet Receptionist Week and our Hospital Admin Team for National Administrative Professionals Day!

In an emergency, every second matters—and our Care Coordinators (CSRs) are often the very first point of contact. 💙🐾

They answer urgent calls, guide worried pet parents, coordinate critical care behind the scenes, and help keep our hospital running smoothly during the most intense moments. Their calm, compassion, and quick thinking make a difference when it matters most.

We are so grateful for the dedication and heart they bring to every shift. They truly help make lifesaving care possible. 🐶🐱 ❤️

Our team had an egg-cellent time at this year’s Easter egg hunt! 🐣 We had 7 mini prizes and 1 grand prize up for grabs, so you know the competition was fierce—and the fun was nonstop. Around here, we work hard, but we play hard too!

We hope you and your fur babies have a safe and hoppy Easter weekend! 🌷🐰 While you’re celebrating, don’t forget to keep your pets protected from common springtime hazards:

🌸 Toxic plants like lilies, tulips, and daffodils can be dangerous if chewed or ingested.
🍫 Chocolate and candy (especially sugar-free with xylitol) are a big no-no for pets.
🧺 Easter grass & small toys can cause choking or intestinal blockages.
🧪 Fertilizers and pesticides used in spring yard care can be harmful if walked through or ingested.

If you have any concerns, don’t hesitate to reach out—we’re here for you and your pets every step of the way and are available 24/7! 💛

Due to severe weather in our area, our hospital is currently experiencing a power outage and our phone lines are temporarily down.

Our team is still on-site and caring for hospitalized pets, but we are unable to receive calls or access our full system at this time.

Veterinary medicine is a vital pillar of our community—protecting the health, well-being, and dignity of the animals who depend on us. Every technician, assistant, scientist, and veterinarian carries not only medical responsibility, but an emotional one. Our work is meaningful, yet our hearts are often fragile.
Today, we honor all who continue to show compassion, resilience, and dedication.
Thank you for speaking for those who have no voice.
