Message from Finder: "Thereā€™s a large light brown dog running around our neighborhood in Timbercrest. Heā€™s got a collar on and the poor thing looks lost. I have not been able to get close enough to him to read the collar plus, heā€™s pretty big anyway. He barks a lot.
Heā€™s on South Harvard Pl and also on E 77th Place. Iā€™m sure he somebodyā€™s dog so Iā€™m putting the word out."

Description: Large light brown dog looks like a mix of golden retriever and something else. Well groomed and he has a collar on. When approached, he turns and runs, obviously scared. He barks a lot, also scared.

Message from Finder: "šŸšØ PLEASE SHARE ā€“ FOUND GERMAN SHEPHERD šŸšØ

I found this German Shepherd and have been caring for him while trying to locate his owner. He was not microchipped and had a heavy tick infestation when found. Iā€™ve already removed dozens of ticks and cleaned a wound on one of his paws.

Unfortunately, he is now starting to show signs of pain and is limping. You can tell he was uncomfortable trying to go up the stairs today, which has me concerned. Despite that, he is still very sweet, alert, and wants to be involved in everything going on around him.

If this is your dog, or if you recognize him, please contact me immediately. I will ask for identifying details and photos to verify ownership.

Even if you donā€™t know him, PLEASE SHARE this post. The faster it spreads, the better chance we have of getting him back home before his condition worsens.

Someone out there is likely missing this boy and may not know where to look.
