Busy June so far....Delivered "Who's Your Daddy" Kolsch for a contract job ( a father's day event) which freed up the fermenters for a smoked rye IPA and for the first run of the 2023 Christmas Spiced Mead. After that, back to the summer's best. Ludwig's Choice Hefe.....Cheer

Busy month coming up: Remake of the Holiday-Spiced Ale.--helper tastings are depleting current supply....New batch of pear/cinnamon cider in the fermenter.....special order of Happy Hydrometer (barley wine style) in the works for a friend's divorce party. Fall mead, Bee Ware, looking good.... Let the games begin.
