The second step is to forgive ourselves. Guilt and shame are unproductive. We must put the past in the past.

Third, we need to dream dreams and develop strategies for encore adventures. Failures are not final. Thomas Edison said, "Our greatest weakness lies in giving up. The most certain way to succeed is always to try just one more time."

oh a happy horse..... Love it!!

I love the look of a happy horse. This lovely barrel racing mare started the day with ribs in spasm, hips out of balance and her hyoid bone displaced. Even though there were horses dashing past and barrel races nearby, she completely relaxed (unusual for her) and completely zoned out! Great Job by CPT Maggie Michel of The Balanced Horse!

During a Photopuncture session on a horse, the typical releases are licking, chewing, stretching, p*e or poo and a variety of other interesting things.
