Last week our sweet boy Knuckles died from hereditary kidney failure at 2 .5 yrs old. We are all devastated for his wonderful family who took him in when he needed them most. Knuckles got the boot from the mill when he had a hereditary heart condition. We worked with a cardiologist to get him on the right path. He was then adopted and within days the family said he was aggressive and returned him to rescue. There was no aggression . He was a rough and tumble playful , happy , boxer puppy. He was the best . A real joker. Last week his kidneys failed . They were congenitally defected, and stopped working. Bad heart, bad kidneys. He was robbed of his great life by bad breeders . Please stop giving $$ to the Amish and Mennonite mills. They breed heartbreak and misery . Rip Knuckles you had the best two years a dog could have. We wish it were more. 💔
