It's time to say goodbye.
I can't believe February 1st came this fast. Pup's Of The Sea is officially closed.
As I've stated previously this was by far the hardest decision I had to make. Financially, physically and mentally it's time to move on. I built a beautiful life for myself pre-pandemic and I never imagined that I would be here.
The community open their arms to me and welcomed me in since day one. Moving from a different state I was nervous that I would never be able to find "my people". I struggled in the beginning and thought to myself that this is never going to happen. The few people that I did work with in the beginning told a friend about me and then all of a sudden I took off. I was so surprised by the outpour of support in the beginning. I met tons of people who had the same passion for animals that I did.
Over the years things changed, just like any business we took hits left and right. Loosing clients in all different ways. Some passed away (RIP to them all) some moved away, others had the opportunity to work from home due to the pandemic. Trying to rebuild at this point is just not an option. I really need to take a step back and reevaluate what is best for my family and myself.
I'm not really sure what the future will hold but I'm excited to see where it leads me. I will miss you all very much!! The relationship that I have made will forever stay with me over the years! I wish each and everyone of you the best!
Please stay in touch!
*I will be taking pet sitting jobs from time to time so if you are going away please feel free to contact me at anytime!
