Our employee of the month this month is ✨James✨! James has been with us for 😱🤯 13 years🤯😱! James takes pride in providing the best care for your furry friends at night- taking extra time to snuggle all his overnight buddies. When we asked James why he loves working with dogs, this is what he had to say:

“ I really enjoy getting to know the dogs and being a part of their lives. I’ve taken care of some of them since they were puppies, and it’s fun to watch them grow up and develop their own personalities. My Barkshire coworkers are great, and I’m really happy to be part of the team”

Our employee of the month this month is Jaime! ✨💖 Jaime always goes above and beyond for our clients! She is detail oriented and can always be found going the extra mile to make sure our guests are happy! 💖 When asking Jaime why she chose to work in animal care, this is what she had to say:

“I started working with dogs to get familiar with the animal industry, since my dream has been to be a veterinarian since I was a kid. Working here is always exciting, and every week I get to meet new dogs and make new doggy friends that I’ll always remember! Working with dogs has been one of the most rewarding experiences I’ve had. My favorite breeds are Australian Shepherds and Alaskan Klee Kais!”

Our custom-designed, state-of-the-art facility is one of the most modern and innovative dog- and cat-care operations in North America. We offer five-star amenities for your favorite furry friends, whether they stay a week or just play for the day. With a relaxed living room atmosphere, your dog will feel like he/she never left home. And in addition to pampering your pet, we are also committed to pampering our Mother Earth – we do everything we can to keep The Barkshire’s carbon paw-print as small as a toy Yorkie’s.
