Shafer’s Outdoor Arena Shafer’s Arena is a 310x150 outdoor arena. It is set up for barrel races complete with two 40x70 holding pens, alley way, and big enough for a standard pattern!

It is also set up for team roping, calf roping, we also have cattle on site!

Mark your calendars!!!!! The 2026 Garry & Teresa Ferguson Memorial Barrel Race is scheduled for May 16 at the Rockin A Arena in Palmyra MO. We have trophy breast collars for all 4 Open 4D barrel champions and trophy halters for all Open 4D reserve champions. Buckles for all P*e Wee, Youth, Adult, Senior, and Open Pole champions!!! Currently have $500 added in the Open 4D. Looking to add more!!! All sanctions are currently pending. Entries will be taken through SGP.
