I have made some changes to some of my business guidelines. First, I no longer discount or prorate for partial or half days. I charge a daily rate and that rate covers up to 4 visits. Second, at the time of booking or scheduling a deposit must be made. Third, if you cancel your booking you will be charged a cancelation fee which is half of the deposit. Lastly, payment is expected at the time of service. Keep in mind I am a small business owner so when I book your pets and my schedule is full, and I can't book anymore clients, and then you cancel last minute not only do I lose out on your booking but I also lose out on other potential work. Like any other small business I do have expenses. Please be considerate of my time and my business, please don't expect to have different set of rules or rates than everyone else. I have gained a lot of clients since I started my pet sitting business. And I appreciate every single client and love all your furbabies greatly! And even though my pet sitting business has been highly successful, I have had some losses that hurt me financially like last minute cancelations, losing out on potential bookings due to cancelations, etc. If anyone has any questions feel free to message me or call.
