Performance by Pulse is excited to give back to our four-legged friends at the local animal shelter! Starting this month, we'll be donating our time and services by offering free monthly PEMF (Pulsed Electromagnetic Field) therapy sessions for shelter dogs who may be sore, recovering from injury, anxious, or just in need of some extra comfort.
Each visit, we'll also bring along a basket of toys, healthy treats with lick mats, or anything that will help the shelter. This is a little something special to help make their stay more playful and positive.
We're honored to support the amazing work the shelter does and can't wait to bring a bit of healing, joy, and wagging tails their way!

Here’s how roping can affect a horse physically

1. Joint Stress (Especially Hocks and Stifles)
• Stopping and sliding after a run, particularly in calf roping or heading, puts enormous strain on the hocks, stifles, and fetlocks.
• Quick turns and lateral movements (in heeling) can stress the hocks, pasterns, and shoulders.
• Over time, this can contribute to arthritis, joint effusion, or degenerative joint disease.

2.Neck and Shoulders
• When a head horse hits the turns the steer, there’s a strong jolt to the neck, withers, and shoulders.This can lead to muscle soreness, poll strain, and sometimes nerve impingement.
