A family owned and operated business. Diana and Gary started Diana’s Personal Touch in 1990 with a mission to provide exceptional pet services to the Traverse City community. After owning and operation the business for 30+ years, they decided to retire and pass the reigns to a couple that truly has a passion for pets.

re the perfect match to take over running the business that Diana spent her life building. After a wealth of hard work and determination, Jon and Katie have successfully executed the transition. The new proud owners have rebranded as “Beau’s Chateau For Pets” and added a great deal of value to the Traverse City pet community. They are looking forward to following in Diana’s footsteps and spending their new life surrounded by pets.

Anyone missing a black lab pupper? Picked up on Hammond between 4 and 5 Mile Rds. by a very nice couple, they brought him to us. We're right down the road and have fed him and he's housed at our facility. Please let us know if you're missing a buddy. Will reach out to Humane Society in the morning.

At Beau’s Chateau for Pets, we’ve seen a growing demand for grooming—and with summer around the corner, that waitlist isn’t getting any shorter. So… we’ve got something new (and a little unexpected) happening at Beau’s…
Please help us welcome our Groomer-in- Training, Paigg 🐾

While she’s working toward her grooming certification, Paigg has a genuine love for animals of all kinds—and she’s bringing that energy into Beau’s with some fun new offerings:
• Exotic pet nail trims (yes, we’re talking guinea pigs, ferrets + bunnies 🐹🐰)
• Baths for our smaller furry friends (guinea pigs + ferrets only—no cats)
• And for our doggos—her go-to will be our Triple B: Bath, Blowout, Brush + Nails
If your pup just needs a solid refresh (without a full groom), this is a great option.

📅 Paigg’s current availability:
• Sundays: 12pm–1pm
• Mondays & Tuesdays: 11am–1pm
