Calling All Dog Lovers!

We’re so excited to be part of the 5th Annual Pet Love Event hosted by the GELA Foundation at The Uptown on Saturday, September 27th, 12–3 PM. This paw-some fundraiser helps rescue pups find their forever homes — and we’d love for YOU to be part of it too!

Right now, we’re looking for raffle + auction items to make this year’s event bigger and better than ever. Whether it’s dog-related goodies, gift baskets, services, or fun experiences — every donation goes a long way in helping pups in need.

✨ Raffle drawing at 2 PM (no need to be present to win, but winners must arrange pickup by the end of the event).

FRIENDS, IT’S THAT TIME AGAIN...

Yup, the time of year when I shamelessly hit up all my friends for donations for the GELA Foundation’s raffle/auction.

Do you own a business? Create art? Have a spare yacht you’re not using? (Okay, I’ll settle for a gift card, but I had to shoot my shot.)

The pups need us, and I’m on a mission to beat last year’s auction total. That means I need your help — yes, YOU, the one scrolling past this post pretending not to make eye contact.

If you can donate ANYTHING — big, small, or weirdly awesome — send me a message. Because nothing says "I love animals" like giving up that unwanted spa gift certificate, or better yet, that unopened bottle of wine in your kitchen.

💔 STILL WAITING... 💔
This is a plea from the heart. Buddy and Blue — two sweet, 18-month-old Lab mixes — are STILL waiting for someone to choose them.

They’ve been with our friends at Surratt Canines in the Upstate of South Carolina for far too long. While they’re safe and loved there, what they really need is a forever home.

🐾 Buddy is the goofy one — playful, sweet, and always ready to give you his heart. He’s crate trained, great with other dogs and kids, and just wants to belong to someone. He’s the kind of dog who makes you laugh every day… and quietly breaks your heart when you realize he’s still waiting.

🐾 Blue is our survivor. He’s been through more than any dog should, but he still leans in for love and gives his trust so generously. His eyes tell a story of resilience and hope — hope that someone, somewhere, will see him and finally say, “You’re home.”

🚗 We will transport!
Buddy is neutered, Blue can be and will be soon - both are up to date on vaccines, and READY. All they need is you.
