We’ve got 1½ beef available for the December butcher, and it’s going fast. If you’re wanting a whole or half, send me a message to get on the list.

Our beef comes from Topp ME Farms here in Toppen*sh, WA, where we raise natural, grass-fed and grass-finished Angus cattle No grain finishing, no shortcuts, just quality beef the way it should be.

Processing is scheduled with CJ’s Custom Meats, in wapato WA, a local shop that does an excellent job on custom cut and wrap to your liking.
