🌱 Farmers Market Update! 🌱

A little adjustment to this weekend’s microgreens lineup!

I won’t have alfalfa available this weekend, but I will have corn microgreens fresh and ready for the market. 🌽💚

Everything else is growing beautifully, and I’m looking forward to seeing everyone this weekend!

IT'S NATIONAL FAJITA DAY!

Fajitas are already delicious.... but have you ever topped yours with microgreens?

Our favorite? Radish microgreens! Their crisp texture and pepper flavor are the perfect complement to smoky, sizzling fajitas.

But don't stop there! You can also try:
Arugula- for a peppery, slightly nutty bit
Sunflower- for a mild, nutty crunch
Pea Shoots- for a touch of fresh, natural sweetness

Just pile your microgreens on top of your fajitas right before serving and enjoy a fresh little twist on a classic!
