It finally feels like fall outside, and we are here for it! 🍂💚 A little cooler weather makes market mornings even better, and we’ve got a table full of fresh microgreens ready for you today! 🌱

From broccoli and sunflower to our Everything Mix and B’Leaf Salad Blend, we’ve got plenty of fresh greens to add a little crunch and flavor to your favorite meals.

Sprinkle them on your eggs, toss them in a salad, pile them on a sandwich, or add them to a wrap. So many easy ways to enjoy these little greens! 🥗

🌱 A little Thursday night peek behind the scenes at B’Leaf…

Tomorrow is harvest day, and tonight the grow room is doing what it does best… growing. 🌱
One thing I’m learning as I go is that even though my microgreens are grown indoors in a controlled environment, they don't always grow on my schedule. 😂

Temperature, moisture, airflow, light and other little changes in their growing environment can all affect how quickly a tray develops.
And this week, a few of my greens have decided to take the scenic route. 😉

So tonight I'm checking trays, watching growth, and letting the ones that need a little more time have it. I’d rather bring you a little less of something that’s ready than harvest it before it’s at its best.

P.S. 🌽 If you spotted corn on Monday's lineup—it accidentally snuck in a week early! Corn will be coming next Saturday.
