IT'S ELECTION DAY!!!
Your Toledo Zoo is counting on your support by voting FOR ISSUE 11! IT'S NOT A NEW TAX!!!
For every dollar spent at Toledo Zoo, $6 goes back into our local economy. Help us to build interactive exhibits that will allow you to enjoy the Zoo year-round. This Saturday, October 31, join us to see how our animals enjoy Halloween. It's Jumping Pumpkins! Some animals will eat them, some will roll them and others will smash them! It's a great way to enjoy the cool and crisp autumn weather while watching our animals engage in fun fall enrichment! Click below for a schedule of activities!

THANKS A MILLION!
TODAY, MONDAY OCTOBER 26, THE TOLEDO ZOO WELCOMED ITS 1 MILLIONTH VISITOR!!!
Mr. Scott Hayes and his two children of Ypsilanti, Michigan were greeted at the Anthony Wayne Trail admission gate and presented with a wonderful gift package compliments of the Zoo and our community partners. Mr. Hayes said “we love coming here, we love the Aquarium…we love it here!” and when his children were asked which animal was their favorite, they both declared “All of them!”
The Toledo Zoo is a huge draw, bringing tens of thousands of out-of-town visitors to our area with guests from Michigan making up about 30% of the Zoo’s annual attendance. Overall, the Toledo Zoo brings $90 million to the region annually, supporting nearly 1,000 local jobs.

There are only a few more Senior Discovery Days, presented by Welltower! What a beautiful morning to join us today for a guided tour of the award-winning Aviary, renovated in 1998. Its three walk-through habitats -the African Grasslands, Madagascar Desert and Australian Outback- are an experience all their own.
