Well the fat lady has now sung. I reached out to the people that bought the property. I was under the impression they bid by accident. They also said that if they knew I was bidding on it they would have never went to the site. Obviously actions speak louder the words. Not interested in selling it to me. To yank someone's lively hood and end the business that took generations to build so their son has somewhere to fish. I guess having money does allow people to have whatever they want. I personally don't know how anyone can justify that. I seriously don't know how some people sleep at night. I love my kids but those actions aren't a good example for what I want to teach my kids. Conscience, compassion can go a long way but I guess not having them gets you even further.

Well the property was auctioned off yesterday. Unfortunately I was unable to purchase it. I bid up to $215000.00 and was out bid. That was $30,000.00 over the appraisal value. I no longer have the ability or hopes of reopening the hatchery. It was my pleasure to meeting and you being customers of my husband and I. Please feel free to stay in touch through this page. I also hope nobody patronize whom ever bought it. Best regards to all of you.
