These girls have had an amazing head start and are ready for their next chapter. Now they just need a rescue to say YES! 🏡🐶

Polly is a precious little lady who is absolutely adorable! This sweet girl seems to be what we like to call a pocket pit — all the love packed into a perfect 32-pound size! At 2–4 years old, Polly is sweet, lovable, and just the kind of girl who will steal your heart. She is getting along well with the other dogs at the shelter and absolutely LOVES all the attention she can get from our volunteers. She is truly sweet as sugar! Polly is the perfect size for someone looking for a smaller companion, and all she needs now is a family of her own.

17,774 LIVES SAVED

Fourteen years ago today, Tipton County Paws & Claws began. We could have never dreamed then what this little rescue would grow to become or that 14 years later, we would be able to say that 17,774 lives have been saved.

There have been countless long days, sleepless nights, tears, stressful situations, impossible decisions, and more insane kitten seasons than we can count. There have been times we wondered how we were going to keep going. But then there are the adoptions, the reunions, the animals who survived when the odds were against them, and the thousands upon thousands who got a second chance because TCPC was here.

And every bit of it has been worth it.

17,774 animals. Each one had a name, a story, and a life worth saving.

None of this could have happened without the people who have supported us along the way -our volunteers, fosters, adopters, donors, veterinary partners, businesses, and this incredible community. Whether you’ve been with us from the beginning or just found us recently, you have been a part of these 17,774 lives.

If you’d like to help us celebrate 14 years, a donation of any amount toward the animals currently in our care would mean so much. We’ll also post our wishlist for anyone who would rather send something special for the dogs and cats. But more than anything, today we just want to say THANK YOU.
