Faith is a lovely mare who exudes kindness and gentleness. She is kind, quiet, easygoing, and really friendly! Faith has a firm foundation, attractive circles, is familiar with collection, and is on track for a successful turnaround. She has been ridden outside and is ideal for trail rides and cattle gathering. She is starting roping the sled. She quickly adapts to whatever you put at her. Gentle enough for almost anyone to deal with. Would make an excellent ranch versatility horse! The legs are sound, straight, and clean.

Hello, everyone. This is "Ritz Time," also known as "Charlie." Charlie is a three-year-old registered Tennessee Walking Horse gelding who stands just over 16 hands tall in keg shoes. He started right here on the farm and has been under my care since he was 21 months old. This horse was trained gently and appropriately, and he has been smart and eager to do anything I have asked of him.

Charlie has been rode throughout Kentucky and sections of Tennessee. He is a sure-footed, strong horse in the woods who will go wherever you point him—up a cliff or across a river. He is at ease on solitary rides or in groups, and he enjoys leading, following, or riding in the middle on a soft rein all day. Charlie has handled dirt, snow, and nighttime trips over country roads without incident.

He is low on the pecking order in the field and gets along nicely with the other horses. In the stall, he is peaceful and simple to manage. He stands tethered patiently and is ready to tack, groom, bathe, and clip.

Charlie has a nice flat walk and a fluid four-beat saddle gait for moving out. He also has an excellent canter, decent brakes, and a soft handle. I have ridden him around dogs, livestock, trains, huge trucks, school buses, and many types of traffic. He is not spooky or flighty.

Introducing Hillside Delta Annie, or "Delta," as we refer to him. A sturdy 16 hands tall, he is a well-kept gelding. Any farm would benefit greatly from the addition of Delta! incredibly adaptable and willing to satisfy. He has been rode both Western and English, and he has even begun to drive!
Delta is frequently driven down the route and is safe for traffic. When playful calves rush and buck about him, he is totally unaffected. We have employed him to check fences and animals. He is well-desensitized to noise and disturbance because he is used to dogs running in and out of the brush during trail rides.
He handled everything with ease when we took him to the city to introduce him to new sights. Delta side-passes to the mounting block for simple mounting and dismounting, tacks up gently, and stands composedly for grooming. He is making good progress in harness and has a lot of potential as a driving horse.
Delta is always keen to take on new tasks and is always prepared to work. Give him a call if you have any queries, or stop by and offer to drive him! Anywhere, we can assist with shipping arrangements.

AQHA Gelding, 9 years old, Kirks ToTonka, also known as Tonka, 15.2 hours

Tonka is a GORGEOUS dapple grey gelding, with a sweet and in your pocket type personality. He loves attention and is the first to greet you in the pasture. Tonka is smart, wants to please, knows his job, and will do whatever you ask of him. He is fancy broke with all the buttons. You can ride him bridleless, has a nice stop, backs, will maneuver through a pattern on leg pressure alone, and will ride ba****ck. Tonka is finished on barrels and patterned on poles. With the right rider he could easily be at the bottom of the 1D/top of the 2D consistently. Currently he is not being pushed by his rider. He was in the top 20 in barrels at ND Jr. High Rodeos & top 25 in poles just cruising. Tonka is currently running 3D/4D times with riders that are not pushing him AT ALL. He is consistent and sure footed on any ground! Tonka is very push style and tries not to hit a barrel. He is very honest in his turns, point and kick, has no alley or gate issues, and is a great hauler. Tonka has been to rodeos, jackpots, big shows, little shows, trail rides, moved cattle, very lightly started as a breakaway/head horse, and all with a 14-year-old girl. He is big b***d and stout and would quickly make an awesome head horse. Tonka is great for vet/farrier, stands tied alone, loads/unloads from the trailer, bathes well, stalls, gets along well with other horses, and isn’t buddy sour. Tonka does have some quirks and needs a confident/leader type rider to reach his full potential. He can be on the lazy side and will test his rider, with a small crow hop, once he knows he won't get away with being lazy he is good to go. Tonka isn’t spooky but may snort at things he isn’t familiar with. He has no known health issues and no known past injuries. Tonka is an easy keeper feed wise. He runs with shoes on all four and is kept barefoot during the off season. Tonka doesn’t run on lasix and only gets his hocks injected annually. He is the same horse if he sits or is ridden regularly. Tonka isn't completely out of shape currently, but he isn't completely in shape either. He was last run in October. The owners are rehoming due to her daughter not clicking with him, she is not an aggressive rider and prefers more of a free runner. Tonka is in his prime and too good of a horse to not have a rider that loves riding him. He has so much potential that hasn't been tapped into yet. They are open to trades for another HS rodeo barrel/pole horse. Tonka is UTD on vaccines, worming, teeth, and maintenance. Will have updated coggins before he leaves.

Jackpot 5 y/o AQHA Buckskin Gelding, often known as Jackpot Dinero, is 15.2 hours

Jackpot is by “MP HOT HAYDAY” who is an own son of “PC FRENCHMANS HAYDAY.” He is out of an own daughter of “RARE BAR.” His dam “KADIECANRUN”has a speed index of 89. Jackpot is high loping barrels and is also patterned on poles. He is fancy broke. Jackpot has been hauled to exhibitions and is ready for someone to take him and futurity or derby him. He is an overall great hauler. Jackpot is in both PINK BUCKLE & RUBY BUCKLE incentives. He is a super lovey gelding. Loves pets and will ask for them by nuzzling you for attention. Would recommend an intermediate rider on up for him. He can be a little quirky but he’s a very honest horse and will let you know. You just need to listen. Can be a little watchy on the ground when saddling but lately he’s been good just sometimes gives side eyes. His only vice is he can buck (little hop), but is very honest about it when you get on. It’s more when you haven’t been riding him consistently. The owner just lunges him. If he does anything, he’s a one and done. But if being rode consistently can saddle and go with no issues. Jackpot isn’t the spooky type. Has been trail rode and does great and has also tracked cattle. Jackpot is great for the vet/farrier, stands tied, loads/unloads from the trailer, stalls well, bathes, gets along well with other horses, isn’t buddy sour, and is very easy to catch. He has no known health issues and is an easy keeper. He has good solid feet and can be kept shod or barefoot. No cribbing, pawing, or weaving. No other bad habits. Overall he is a rock solid horse and will make someone a nice barrel horse. Jackpot was started in a bosal, then moved to a d-ring snaffle, and transitioned to a ticket bit. He is currently rode in a Kerry Kelly Hemi bit but can be rode in about anything. My client is rehoming at no fault of his own. She has too many horses and dislocated her elbow in September so is feeling overwhelmed, as she has another 5 year old, that isn’t as far along as Jackpot. She is the only owner and has owned him since he was born.

This gentle and reliable gelding is a top-notch head horse with a proven track record—and he’s Riata Buckle eligible. He’s been shown in rope horse futurities and has been hauled a lot, showing he can handle pressure and perform consistently.

He’s competitive from the #9 level all the way to the open and can run with the best of them. He’s the kind of horse you can take to a rodeo—he’s got the talent and speed to compete at that level. Whether you’re roping in the arena or working cattle, he’s ready to get the job done.

On top of his roping skills, he’s also great on the ranch and a pleasure to ride out on the trails. He’s confident crossing all kinds of terrain and tackling any job you give him. He’s a true all-around horse and a great addition to any program.

He stands 15.2 hands tall and is 100% sound, safe, and gentle.

Rusty is a 2013 APHA gelding who stands 15 hands tall. He’s a sweet and easygoing trail horse who’s nice to be around and fun to ride. He hasn’t been ridden much lately, but not because of anything he did wrong—he’s just been turned out. Now that he's back in work, he’s getting better with every ride.

Out on the trail, Rusty is steady and confident. He crosses creeks, goes up and down hills, and handles rough ground without a problem. He neck reins and is starting to lope nicely in the arena too.

Rusty has a good attitude and a solid start, so with a little more riding, he could become a great horse for a family. He’s quiet, polite on the ground, and likes getting attention. With a bit more time, he’ll be a dependable partner for someone who wants to enjoy relaxed trail rides.

“CE Drifting Red Mesa” aka “Wallen” is a 15hh, 4yr old, AQHA, gelding. This boy is kind, honest, safe, and intelligent, with a beautiful buckskin coat, and a long black tail that drags on the ground. Here is a safe, young gelding, who I very much adore, and is an amazing all around partner! Wallen is an extremely quiet and well rounded four year old. Being this easy going and smart, at this age, he is only ever going to get better! If you are looking for an in your pocket, forever partner, who can dabble in it all, here is your boy!!!
This big teddy bear just has the sweetest face. He is a doll to work around in the barn, and is safe for beginners and kids to work with. He will stand around all day long on the cross ties to be groomed, bathed, tacked, etc. He walks up to you in the pasture and is very easy to catch. He is docile and goes out with a mixed herd with zero drama. Wallen has great ground manners, and is very gentle all around! He loves attention, and being with people.
On the trails, Wallen is quiet and safe. He will lead, follow, go out alone and in groups. He crosses water, logs, and other trail obstacles. He is safe with dogs, bikes, traffic, deer, etc! Lope him across a wide open field on a loose rein, he will take care of you. You could throw your husband on him for a nice trail ride and not have to worry! Drop the reins, and enjoy the ride! Wallen has been out over night camping and highlines well. He is a super fun, relaxing, trail partner.
I have hauled Wallen to many different places, he is the same horse every ride. I have taken him to different arenas, and trails, he is a quiet boy in new places. I took Wallen to his first team penning show last week, and he was a rockstar! He could have cared less about the noisy atmosphere, and paid attention to me, while riding around all new horses. This boy has an outstanding brain, especially at this age.
Wallen has lovely, comfortable gaits. He moves out nicely and would excel in ranch classes, western dressage, classical dressage and more! He is the perfect combo of whoa and go, he will happily go on the buckle in all of his gaits, yet you don’t need a crop or spurs to keep him moving. Wallen listens well to voice commands too! Despite being a QH, his gaits are rather uphill, making him extremely versatile!
In the ring, Wallen will walk, jog, trot, lope, canter, and knows his leads. He knows how to move his hips, and shoulders, and will move laterally off of leg. He is doing really well with learning to neck rein, for one handed riding. His is also learning how to pivot nicely! Wallen has a good whoa, you can bring him down through the gaits to a walk, or ask for a big stop. He has a lovely reverse button as well. He will go collected and on the buckle. He would be a fun horse to bring along into the reining world!
Wallen is incredibly smart, and loves to learn. He does not get upset if he doesn’t understand something, instead he uses his brain and figures out what his rider is asking. He is AA friendly and can take a joke! With his quiet demeanor I could see him dabbling in some mounted shooting as well!
Wallen has been recently introduced to cows, and he enjoys it! I used him for team penning and he really started to catch on fast. I have let him trail cows, chase and push them. I think he would really enjoy ranch sorting and penning.
I took this boy out on the coldest, windiest day, and put a little one on his back for a lunge line lesson. Wallen was gentle, and ignored the wind. This boy can sit for two weeks, tack up and go. He does not need to be in a routine to stay sane.
Wallen rides western, english, and ba****ck. He doesn’t mind how you ride him, he just goes with the flow! I have popped him over a few jumps, but nothing formal due to his age, however he was honest and did what was asked!
Wallen has a nice pedigree, his sires pedigree contains seven of the ten most influential sires in the history of the breed. He goes back to Blue Valentine, Three bars, Joe Hancock, Driftwood and more. Blue Valentine is known for having good bone, a gentle disposition, ranch and cow sense. Some other names you will see in his ancestry include Poco Bueno, Doc O Lon, Doc Bar, Leo, Docs Hickory, King, and many more well known sires.
This has been one of the nicest and easiest four year olds to bring along. I have loaded this boy up alone, and drove to a rodeo, unloaded and went right to work. He is safe for kids to ride, and beginners too! Yet he is so smart and intelligent, that an advanced rider like myself can enjoy every single ride on him.
Wallen is an easy keeper, with no maintenance, no supplements. He can live outside or inside, and he has no bad stall habits. He has nice, large, solid hooves, and can barefoot, or wear shoes. Wallen is good for the vet and farrier. He has no health or soundness issues. And he quite literally never asks for anything. Wallen loads and trailers well, and you can tie him to the trailer to tack up etc.
If you couldn’t tell already, I am quite in love with this sweet soul. He has a little bit of everything going for him, and he is going to make someone one heck of a partner. Wallen is currently set up to head in absolutely any direction. Take him to a show one day, go camping the next. He is just happy to be involved. I really can’t say enough of good things about this quality youngster. If you are looking for the ultimate all around partner, here is your boy!!!

“Mizzen my chickpea” aka “Fuego” is a 16hh, three yr old, AQHA mare. This horse is what dreams are made of! Fuego is classy, safe, elegant and loves her people. Do you want to be noticed…. And safe? Well, here is your chance to own your very own Spirit!!!!
Fuego is an honest girl, and the opportunities are completely limitless with her!!! It is really hard to let go of one like Fuego. When Fuego stepped off of the trailer and into my barn I was immediately smitten.
Fuego is a people person, she loves attention and loves being around people. She builds a strong bond with her person and will beg for you to pet her and give her snuggles. She will hang her head into your arms and close her eyes. She is just a doll, and strives for attention and love. She also adores littles and is very gentle with them. She is patient and kind to children. In the barn, she has zero bad habits. She can live in, or out, goes out with a mixed herd, and comes to greet you, every time she sees you. You can not walk out to the pasture without her coming to say hello. Fuego stands on the cross ties to be groomed, tacked, braided, bathed, etc. She has lovely ground manners.
Fuego rides western, english, ba****ck, and looks fantastic either way! She puts up with my shenanigans and can take a joke. Fuego was started lightly and correctly in the ring, then spent the winter having a laid back time and going on fun trail rides. Now she is learning more in the ring, and this horse is extremely intelligent. She is the perfect combo of whoa and go, I put a little girl on her and she gently walked around, yet I can hop on and put her to work and have fun. Her gaits are very comfortable, she is uphill and animated, yet smooth. I love riding her ba****ck, she has a balanced, lofty canter!
She would be a beautiful dressage horse, classical or western, she has the movement and ability!
In the ring, Fuego will walk, jog, trot, lope and canter. She knows her leads and is learning the fundamentals of a lead change. Fuego will move her shoulders, her rib cage, her hind end, yields to leg, pivot, is learning to side pass and do a little spin. She listens to voice commands and will ride off of your seat. She is extremely uncomplicated, and currently set up to head in any direction. She is the type of horse that you could give a lesson on, then take her to a show. Fuego is not the type of horse that needs a routine, she can sit, and go back to work with no silly business. This winter was brutal and there were times where she sat for weeks, one nice day I would just jump right on her and go!
Under western tack, she will lower her head, ride off of your seat and has a great whoa. She has not been officially started on a slide stop due to her being young, but the basics are there. With her movement, and western side, she has all of the potential to go do ranch trail, western dressage, dabble in reining, do cow work, trail courses, and more. She has trailed and chased cows, she absolutely loves it, she could also be a rope horse!
Tack Fuego up english and go play around with dressage, perhaps fox hunting, hunter under saddle, and more! She has been lightly introduced to trot poles, and popped over a cross rail a couple of times. She has not been jumped a lot due to her age, but I played around with a small cross rail and she confidently trotted right up to it! Fuego does not have a preference, she is just happy to do what you ask. I could see Fuego moving up through the levels of eventing!
On the trails, Fuego will lead, follow, go alone and in groups. She will cross water, bridges, logs, rocks, etc. She is safe with dogs trailing her heels, deer and other wildlife. She is safe with traffic, machinery, school buses and four wheelers. Fuego loves adventures and will trail ride all day long. Fuego would be an awesome camping partner with her desire to explore and ability to ride out all day!
Fuego still has her winter fuzzies, but this girl turns absolutely golden with her summer coat. She has amazing conformation, she is very balanced, with a lovely shoulder and neck. She has clean legs, good feet and can be barefoot or wear shoes. She was barefoot for most of her life, I put front shoes on her, for our rocky trails. Fuego has no health or soundness issues, she is an easy keeper with no maintenance and a simple diet. She has no special requirements.
Fuego loads and trailers like a dream. You can tie her to the trailer to get ready. She is good for the vet and farrier. She can be handled by beginners, being brought in for breakfast, being turned out, etc. You can’t tell when she’s in heat, she does not act differently or ride differently. Fuego is a lovely mare, and she has so much potential. With Fuego having this brain, at this age, she is only ever going to get better. Here is a young, safe, reliable, fancy horse, who is holding all of the potential, in every single direction that you’d like go in. She is the ultimate, all around girl, and set up to head in any direction. Don’t miss out on the opportunity to make your dreams come true, and make Fuego yours! Please feel free to reach out for any further information! Shipping can be arranged anywhere!
