Hey everyone… ugh this is so hard to post. I am an emotional wreck and I don’t know how to feel just yet. I am excited, sad, heartbroken, nervous, and scared… Grooming has been my lively hood for the last 5 years. It’s all I really know and all I have known for so long. I have raised the both of my kids in the dog shop, literally the both of them from just a few days old all the way to almost 6 years. And I have met so many amazing people. I felt loved by all of you. Yall took really good care of me. Yall showered me with gifts both pregnancy’s, yall have all had encouraging words and advice, yall gave me great Christmas bonuses each year that you did not have to, yall have seen me at my absolute worst and never at my best but yall never minded the messy dog groomer maranda… I cannot thank yall enough for picking and trusting me with yalls fur babies. I love each and every one of them.. even you THOR where ever you are 🤣 (Thor was not a fan of grooming at all. He wants to eat me) but I love all of yalls pups and they were never once treated less. I am so sad writing this dude. It’s not even funny. Many of you may be asking why I decided to quit Grooming and some may think it is because of the rusted cup… and kind of but not really. Let me just explain. For almost 6 years now I have been a stay at home mom, I have worked from home or in my yard for almost 6 years.. the older I get the worse my anxiety gets for some reason. This last year has been rough with my baby baby, I haven’t gotten a full nights rest in I can’t tell you how long. And so it’s easy when you work in your yard and you don’t get enough sleep to just wake up and cancel on everyone… but eventually people get tired of that. And I get it I wouldn’t want to schedule my pup to get a hair cut and then the groomer constantly cancels. That sucks. I am so sorry but I am not kidding when I say I don’t get sleep. I am so sorry for letting a few of you down when it has come to that. Also once again I work in my yard and I groom dogs so I don’t feel the need to make myself look presentable.. therefore maranda doesn’t do anything with herself. I look homeless all the time. And when you look bad, you feel bad. You know? And so that wears and tears on my mental and causes me to be a bit depressed. On to the next.. I work from home I groom dogs in my yard so i don’t get to interact with humans as much as I would like. It’s just me, stuck with my kiddos in my own little head. And that gets depressing you know. It’s time for me to find myself and start living a little bit more. Yes I opened the rusted cup. And it is doing so good and I am so thankful but that’s not the only reason I am backing out.. I just have to start living a little. I love you all and I will miss all of you so so so so soooo much as well as your pups. I do hope you all find it to forgive me for no last warning of any sort. I am beyond thankful for those of you that stuck by my side through all of these years and have supported me no matter what. I love y’all. I have officially sold everything in my dog grooming shop other than the 4 walls holding the raggedy thing together! I do appreciate every one of yall. Thank yall.! 😕
