I almost got scammed today… 😳

I want to share this because it could save someone else from losing money.

A "buyer" said they sent me a payment through Zelle. Soon after, I received messages claiming my account needed to be "upgraded" before I could receive the money. They told me the buyer had to send another $500, and then I would receive the full amount.

🚨 This is 100% a scam.

They even sent convincing messages and a fake support phone number to make it look real.

Please remember:✅ Zelle will never ask someone to send extra money to release your payment.✅ Zelle does not hold payments because you don't have a "business account."✅ Always check your bank account or the official Zelle app - not screenshots, emails, or text messages.

I'm so thankful I stopped before sending or accepting anything.
