Taz (JC: Up The Rent) 2010 17hh bay gelding is looking for a new home. I have had him for a years now. Unfortunately I am not interested in doing two disciplines at the same time and he has been sitting. He is the same horse every ride with consistent work. He LOVES having a job. He thoroughly enjoys baths, leads, loads, clips and ties. Although ive never cross tied him. He would excelle in flat work, trail and VERY LOW cross rails. He does have a bowed RF tendon that does not cause him an issues. He has had a LF foot injury that requires maintenance. He has some of the best feet ive ever seen on a TB (and been told by farriers) however he is shod in the front due to the left foot injury. He was restarted off the track, lunges, and moves off leg pressure. However with him sitting for a while he will need a refresher course. He has gone out in mixed herd 90% of the time ive had him. Down side is he is a stall weaver and needs One AC in peak heat months to keep him sweating. He requires an EXPERICED rider, he can get a little hot under saddle. I will be particular about where he goes. He is UTD on teeth, coggins and shots (Mar/April). He is an easy keeper with Alfalfa, coastal and 2 # Alfa Force AM & PM. He would thrive with a rider that wants to spend as much time as they can with him, he really enjoys people just sitting in his stall with him.

Free horse looking for a new home

Gelding around 6 years old. Stands at 15.1hh STICKED NOT TAPED.

Here’s the scoop. We bought him sight unseen, he’s way bigger and he’s a greener/rustier than we thought he would be and to be Frank, with 5 kids (2 babies), I don’t have the time to ride one consistently. My loss is your gain.

We were told He has roughly 120 days under saddle. He has been roped off both in the area and out on pasture, I was also told her knows how to lie down on command.

What I do know: He does loads and backs out of trailers, hauls great, stands tied and picks up all his feet. He has multiple hot brands. He’s straight legged, no scars or bumps, very stout, and powerful. Friendly and easy to catch, good with a herd, lets the smaller ones be mean to him. He’s stroller broke and I can throw a rope around him without him loosing his mind.



He has a current Coggins and I just wormed him.
