Come join me for a really fun class!!
We are excited to offer another “rein it in!” class beginning on August 26 Monday at 6 PM ( no class Labor Day) This class is specifically designed for dogs with a lot of energy or who are highly excitable, and lack impulse control.
We will be focusing on self control and good manners as well as balancing the highs and lows of excitement.
Our expectations are not to create dogs that are always calm, or that don’t get excited… that would be an unrealistic expectation. Rather, our goal is to teach both the humans and the dogs how to control and harness the energy that these dogs have. We will be teaching you tools to control it, and giving your dogs healthy outlets to express their energy, and ways to better control themselves.
Class will be meeting for 6 consecutive weeks for an hour each week at 6 PM at Dogz Gone Wild starting August 26. There is no class Labor Day. Cost is $225 for the 6 week session.
Each class will include both discussion on good habits and ways to best control excitement and exercises to teach your dog how to calm down when he gets excited, along with exciting games to allow for excitement which we will properly channel so your dog has a way to express that excitement in a healthy way.
There will be chances to practice around other dogs and distractions which will add to the energy of the room making an amazing opportunity to learn and develop the skill of self control when excited !
