Community Pitch Competition Finalists Spotlight

These business owners are two out of seven finalists who will compete for the $7500 grand prize on Tuesday, March 5, 6:00 p.m. in the George R. Johnson Cultural Heritage Center on the Cleveland State campus.

Everyone is invited to the free Entrepreneurship Event on Monday and Tuesday, March 4 & 5! There will be a Student Pitch Competition on Monday at 3:00 p.m. along with a Vendor Expo both days from 5-8 p.m.

Come out and support the small businesses in our area!

We’re always looking for new breakfast ideas, as it seems that breakfast is one meal we get in a rut with and lean towards our “usual”.

Our Parmesan Baked Eggs & Creamy Spinach are soooo tasty thanks to the freshly grated parmesan cheese and creamed spinach.

Something a little different and really GOOD to add to your breakfast rotation.

I love starting my day with high-protein eggs and major bonus points for beginning the day with vegetables! 🙌

Feel free to add an additional egg to each for higher protein.

Spinach was a bust this go around. Through failure there will be success and we are determined to bring you the best quality greens around. Please let us know how you’re liking the greens so far. What’s your favorite.. Superfood mix or the Bold and Spicy. Please share your thoughts.. We would love some feedback.

We have had a lot of requests for pricing and menus. Right now we are offering our Bold and Spicy mix (Red Rambo Radish, China Rose Radish, Mizuna Mustard and Arugula) and our Superfood Mix (Broccoli, Red Acre Cabbage, Bok Choi and Kale). $2.99 per ounce and are sold in 5 ounce packs which is $14.95 plus tax. Both are so delicious!
