Cross-Country Adventures 💙💚
Hi everyone! It's Zeke and Henry, and we wanted to tell you all about our big cross-country adventure from Arizona to Massachusetts.
Before we left, Mom took one last picture of us at our house in Scottsdale. We have so many wonderful memories there—birthdays, holidays, and lots of love.
Then it was time to hit the road! We started our journey to New Mexico with Mom and Kelsea. Dad was joining us later, and Brad had already flown to Massachusetts. Our first night in a hotel was quite an adventure. We even got to ride in an elevator! Overall, we slept pretty well.
We made lots of stops as we traveled through Texas and Oklahoma. Along the way, we heard about things called tornadoes. We weren't worried, though, because Kelsea wasn't worried!
After five days on the road, we finally arrived in our new town on April 3. Then, on April 6, we got to sneak into our new house in Plymouth, Massachusetts, for the very first time—and best of all, we were reunited with Brad! We missed him during our long car ride.
We definitely helped with the unpacking process, as you can see in one of the pictures. Henry was especially excited that his beloved poofs survived the cross-country trip.
One of our favorite things about our new home is the beautiful sunset we can see from the house. We love it—and we also love the wild turkeys we see all the time!
Our new town is Plymouth, Massachusetts. A long time ago, the Pilgrims landed here in 1620, making Plymouth an important part of American history. One day, Mom, Dad, and Kelsea took us for a walk around town, and everyone loved us! Some store owners even gave us treats.
Our parents also built us a brand-new patio where we can relax on our beds and enjoy the fresh air. We are very happy they are our parents.
We've already started making new friends, too. We met Mick, a fellow Basset brother, at Hometown Hound in Plymouth. Mick was up for a major award, but we think he might be a little nervous now that there are two new hounds in town!
We can't wait to see what adventures come next!
