Luna is a terrier mix, around 3-4 years of age (estimated) and a little under 40 pounds. Luna was rescued by Sinbad-Sadie Second Chance Rescue on July 3rd, 2016 from Colleton County, South Carolina. She went into foster care with a chihuahua and a pit puppy. A little bit about Luna:
When she came into foster care she was extremely shy and seemed to be a bit depressed. The shelter believed her to b

e a backyard breeder dog. She was also underweight, heart worm positive and was missing patches of fur. It was easy to see she had lived quite a rough life, but with a little bit of love, patience and time she slowly began opening up to those around her. She loves to play with other dogs, comes up to people on her own and successfully got through her heart worm treatment. Luna is a very sweet girl who is still searching for her forever home! Hi, my name is Luna. I live in the Charleston area with my awesome foster family! I've been in the rescue for a year this July (which is coming up). I'm looking for my forever home! I'm about 3-4 years old, I weigh a little under 40 pounds and have been told I have alligator legs (my front legs stick out a bit haha!). I am an independent couch potato who is starting to love going on walks. I'm pretty low maintenance, just give me a chew toy and a comfy bed and I'm all set. I'm very food motivated and I like to play with other dogs that are my size or larger. I'm not a big licker, but you can see it in my eyes when I'm super happy to see you. I like everyone, including kids! Please share so I can find my forever home! I'm a big love bug waiting for my perfect match ❤🐾💕
