My current prices are as follows:

House Sitting:

$40 per night (Book 6 nights, get the 7th FREE!)
Includes light cleaning, dusting, plant watering, fish tank feeding & maintenance (if needed), mail & newspaper retrieval, and frequent updates (if needed).

Add-On Services (in addition to house sitting):

- Pets (1-3) $5 per night. Additional pets will need to be discussed for proper pricing.
- Deep Bathroom Clean $20 per bathroom (Includes deep cleaning toilet, shower, bathtub, sink, floors, and walls)
- Deep Kitchen Clean $20 (Includes deep cleaning front of cabinets, front of drawers, front of fridge, counters, sink, floors, walls, and interior kitchen windows)
- Carpet Shampoo $60 for first room, $20 per additional room (requires minimum of 3-night booking)

Hello! My name is Evan and I’m a pet & house sitter based in Hopkins County, TX.

Most people around town know me as the “Tech” person at the Sulphur Springs Senior Citizen Center. I volunteer my time quite often, helping to educate seniors in the area about phone skills and staying safe on the internet.
