To help keep scheduling running smoothly, I kindly ask for at least 48 hours notice for any cancellations or appointment changes. This gives me enough time to try to fill that grooming spot with another pup in need of an appointment.

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will result in the full grooming charge being added to your next scheduled appointment.
