Meet Cruiser, a 12-year-old Appendix who proves that stall time doesn’t have to mean downtime. 🐴✨ His favorite Horsemen’s Pride toys keep him busy and happy every single day.

From his beloved hay ball (he’ll even leave the rest of his hay behind for it!) to his trusty Jolly Ball and salt lick, Cruiser’s stall is set up for nonstop enrichment. Add in durable jump blocks and a mounting block in the arena, and you’ve got one busy, entertained horse. 💪

These simple tools make a big difference - keeping him active, engaged, and mentally sharp. Because a happy horse is a healthy horse. 💖

We’re shining a spotlight on some of history’s most heroic horses, and today it’s Vonolel, “The Reliable Steed.” 🐎

Vonolel’s reliability in treacherous terrain made him indispensable to his rider - once carrying his master an astonishing 300 miles without faltering. His bravery and endurance earned him not just admiration, but also three medals awarded by Queen Victoria herself. Vonolel even joined the grand procession for her Diamond Jubilee, proudly representing the bond between horse and soldier.

He passed in 1899 and was laid to rest at the Royal Hospital Kilmainham in Dublin, but his story lives on as a reminder of the steadfast courage of Britain’s war horse heroes. 🌟

Meet River 🐴✨ He’s a spirited 2-year-old Appaloosa cross who’s curious, playful, and (sometimes) a little mischievous. Like many young horses, he’s always looking for something to do - which is why enrichment has been such a game-changer.

River’s absolute favorite? The Mega Ball with cover. 💥 His owner says it gives him the perfect outlet for all that energy: “The Mega Ball tires him out and lets him use his brain as well as his whole body for coordination.” Instead of boredom leading to trouble, River now spends his days nudging, chasing, and showing off his moves.

The best part? It keeps both his body and mind active while giving his owner peace of mind. If you’ve got a playful horse, River would definitely recommend trying it. 😉💛

Because at Horsemen’s Pride, we believe happy, curious horses are the best kind of horses. ❤️
