I know this is a training question but I’m in need of help and advice. I have a new sofa set coming but my dogs are used to laying on the back of the sofa.... cute but ruined it. How can I train them to KEEP OFF!! Especially since I’m not always around. Help please. ❤️

Dear Hairy Life Clients,

Given the current situation with the novel coronavirus (COVID-19), I would like to update you on the precautionary measures I'm taking for the health and safety of my beloved clients. I am closely monitoring local and national reports regarding the impact of COVID-19.

I am following recommendations from the Centers for Disease Control and World Health Organization, as well as state and local authorities in taking extra safety measures at my salon. I have implemented enhanced cleaning procedures on top of my already high standards, such as an increased wipe down of all commonly touched areas, including gate latches, door handles, salon counters and equipment.

The health and safety of my clients is my top priority, and I am committed to doing my part to help keep you safe. At this time, The Hairy Life is open for business during regular hours to provide a safe environment for my clients, and I have no plans to close. Being a one-on-one business gives me the unique opportunity to minimize the risk of exposure, as I will continue to disinfect between clients.

Any clients with questions or concerns may reach out to me as needed, and we can work together to address them. Also, I am available to accommodate those who would rather not leave their vehicle, I can walk out and pick up/drop off your pup in the driveway.

Please help me protect YOU, my valued clients! The best way to avoid infection is to maintain proper hygiene.

1. Wash hands often with soap and warm water for at least 20 seconds, especially after blowing your nose, using the restroom, coughing, or sneezing.
2. If you need to sneeze, do so into a tissue. If one is not available, sneeze into you inner elbow. Wash hands immediately afterwards.
3. Disinfect often-used items and surfaces regularly.

Happy Anniversary to The Hairy Life 🐶

Today we start year three!

I’m so happy and blessed to have made it this far.

A few announcements for the upcoming new year I’d like to share:

Most of you already know but I just wanted to confirm that I am no longer excepting new clients as I am at my maximum capacity. I express the greatest amount of gratitude for all of you trusting in me to take the best care of your furry family members and I will continue to do so.

As of January 1 2020 there will be a small price increase which will be discussed during your next appointment.

Lastly, as of February 2020 I will no longer be working Mondays. I will be open Tuesday through Saturday 10:00-7:00.

I thank you all for helping me make my dream a success and look forward to many years to come.
