You need to cover the costs of treatment for Mr. Beans. Whatever happened at your facility is your responsibility and he is going to die because of it. That is extremely irresponsible and unfair to his family that trusted your business to safely care for him.

Crate Xscapes are the best....my dog Buddy just spent 3 nights at Crate Xscapes.....the facility is clean, the people are friendly, the cost is acceptable......in other words a first class service.....my dog Buddy was even on Facebook....I will be back.....and would not hesitate in recommending the Crate Xscape service...........Geoff
