🐾 Friendly Reminder to Our Self-Wash Community 🐾

As a 24/7 self-service facility, we do not have staff on-site throughout the day and night and check them during Pawtastic normal hours. Because of this, we rely on our community to help keep the self-wash stations clean and ready for the next customer.

Please take a few moments after your visit to:
• Rinse and clean the tub thoroughly
• Throw pet hair into the designated trash cans
• Please do not place towels in the trash cans
• Pick up any messes and leave the room tidy

Please note that all self-wash rooms are monitored by video recording.

We kindly ask that you leave the room the way you would want to walk into it—clean, welcoming, and ready to use. A little consideration goes a long way and helps us continue providing a clean, convenient self-wash experience 24/7 for everyone.

At Pawtastic Spa & Resort, the comfort and safety of every pet is always our top priority. 🐾

We understand that nail trims can be stressful for some pets, which is why we use tools such as our dog lift to help support pets safely and comfortably during the process. The lift is specifically designed to reduce stress, minimize pulling and struggling, and help prevent injury to both the pet and groomer.

Many pets actually do much better with the extra support because it helps them feel more secure and keeps the process quicker and gentler. At no point is the equipment intended to hurt or harm pets in any way.

Every pet is different, and we always do our best to adjust our handling techniques based on each pet’s comfort level, behavior, age, and needs. We appreciate all of the amazing clients who trust us with their furry family members every day. ❤️

P.S. If you prefer your pet’s nail trim to be done on the grooming table or floor instead of the dog lift, we are more than happy to accommodate whenever it is the safest and best option for your pet. 🐶✨
