Rest In Peace Juno ❤️

From her family:

To our sweet, sweet Juno. Words can't possibly describe how much we are missing you and how lucky we were to have you in our lives for the last 16 years. We'll always remember how much you loved to be outside, snuggle, play with your food, and be held. You were the best first dog and were such a joy in our lives, and it was such an honor to be your moms. We love you, little girl!

Rest In Peace Ilse ❤️

From her family:

Ilse was the most loving, people-oriented, sweetest kitty her people have ever met. She always knew when they were sick, sad, or hurt and came to snuggle them and purr until they felt better.

She loved having houseguests (who she rightfully believed were visiting her, not her people) and made them feel welcome by greeting them enthusiastically and sleeping in the guest room with them. She loved people so much that she even liked going to the vet, where more than once they could not get her to stop purring for long enough to listen to her heart.

Ilse’s other loves included playing with ponytail holders and little mouse toys, stealing Goldfish crackers and all other crunchy cheese snacks from her people, and sunning herself in a warm window. As a younger cat, she loved running up and down the hallway and hilariously rebounding off the walls. She was a talkative girl who expressed her likes and dislikes freely and vocally and was also known for her frequent silent meows.

She lived 16 of her 17 years with her person, Richelle, who she had a close bond with. She is also survived by her other human mom, Madeline, and tortie cat sisters Juniper and Alix. Ilse will be deeply missed by her family and many others who knew her.

Thank you to Dr. Kee and her team for giving Ilse the peaceful send off she deserved.

Rest In Peace Stella ❤️

From her family:

Thank you, Stella, for 13 wonderful years together. We know you are with your original best friend, Dad, in heaven chasing geese! Your sass will never be matched. Your position as Head of House Security will never be replaced. Thank you for teaching us to slow down and appreciate the world around us. We love you more than words can say. Thank you for sharing your life with us. Being your guardian was the greatest privilege. Until we meet again, sweet Stella.
Love,
Leah, Randy, and your annoying little brother, Barclay

Rest In Peace Bailey ❤️

From her family:

Bailey was always at the heels of my feet. I no longer hear her tapping behind me and we miss her so, but we know she is in a better place. When I adopted her from a stray rescue, I had no intention of getting another dog, but when I saw her in the midst of all the puppies, those beautiful brown eyes stole my heart. She was 2 months shy of 2 years old and we were fortunate to have 13 years with her. She loved being around us, especially me, afterall, we stuck together being the only females in the house! She loved her walks, and as she got older, she felt like her job was to be the protector. Louie, our husky, came into our family when she was 8 years old and she took care of him as if he was her own pup.

Rest In Peace Madison ❤️

From her family:

Madison was like a mountain goat. She could jump up to the deck railing, walk on it, turn around, and fall asleep on it. Those pictures are not Photo-Shopped. She was a very loving dog with people, but could be ferocious with other dogs. She was terrified of my son, Charlie, from the day Becky brought her home. When she saw him coming she would bark angrily and then hide under her bed till he would leave. She loved Milk Bones and was never just satisfied with one. She would stomp her feet and bark as soon as she got done with one looking for a second/third one. Once I showed her my empty hands and said "no more" she would quit demanding a milk bone. She also loved beef bones filled with peanut butter. I'm fairly certain there will not be a replacement...charlie

Rest In Peace Wrigley ❤️

From his family:

Wrigley was adopted from Pet Rescue Network in the summer of 2008, and he immediately found his place in our family as the adored prince of his palace. His beautiful, tuxedo fur—fluffy and soft—was only the surface when understanding Wrigley’s effortless charm. For nearly 17 years, he was happy, healthy, safe, and loved. His meows will ring in our hearts forever.

Rest In Peace Ludwig ❤️

From his family:

Ludwig Aboussie

The universe gave me an incredible gift the day Ludwig came into my life. For 11 beautiful years, he brought unconditional love, joy, and comfort into my world. He was everything you could hope for—loyal, intelligent, sweet, athletic, and endlessly funny (or “derpy,” as Carolyn would say).

We shared countless memories, each one a reminder of the bond we built and the love we shared.

Ludwig, we love you deeply. You will be missed every day. Until we meet again on the other side of the veil—stay golden. ❤️

Rest In Peace Fletch ❤️

From his family:

It is with a very heavy and broken heart that I announce that Fletch passed away peacefully Monday, June 2 at 10:15am , with his dads…myself and Scott, being there to help guide him over the rainbow bridge. While we had hoped to have the entire month with him, he started to get worse last week, and I could not bear to see him in any more pain.

Fletch came into my life when I had no purpose and no will to live. I met him when he was a day old, and from that point on we were imprinted upon each other. Our souls were intertwined. I took care of him ever since, but it can be argued that he took care of me more. I got to spend over 17 magnificent years with him, and in that time not only did he give me purpose, but he saved my life and made me a better person. I am forever grateful for that.

Fletch loved to love, and became instant friends with any humans (or animals) that he met. He always had a smile on his face, loved to get attention, and was ready to show off all of his 500 toys with you. He LOVED his toys. So much so that he looked forward to Christmas more than we did.

Fletch has done so many things for me in my life. He gave me purpose when I had none. He saved my life when I had no will to live. He made me more responsible, more loving, and open to love. I cared for him more deeply than anything else in my life.

He was wise and incredibly smart…much smarter than he let on. He knew exactly when to be there for support, or flash a judging eye on you lol. He had SO much emotion with his grunting and his eyes. He had more personality than any of the other Kilker dogs, and for me he will be irreplaceable and unforgettable.

17 years is a long time, and I honestly think that he held on as long as he did so that I could find someone to take care of me, support and love me the way he has. Then I met Scott, and I knew I had found that person. So did he. He loved Scott so, so much, as well as Justin, Sharon, Sean, Kassidy, Chloe, Chelsea, Garrett, Mike, Natalie, John, Jeremy, Kelley, Charlie, Kurt, LaLa, Sam, Woodrow, Robert, Vegard, Mitch, and many, many more. He was a lover.

Fletch, thank you for everything you have done for me over your 17 long years of life. Thank you for saving my life and making me a better human being. Thanks for being my best friend, my precious baby, my permapup. I’m going to miss you so damn much, and while I will eventually get another animal, they will never compare to you. No animal can.

Rest well my sweet, sweet baby. I love you more than you will ever know and I can’t wait to see your wagging tail on the other side.

Rest In Peace Sidney ❤️

From her family:

It’s hard to find the right words to sum up what Sidney meant to us, because she wasn’t just a pet—she was a part of our family, a loyal companion, and a constant source of love and joy.

From the moment she came into our lives at the shelter, everything changed. She curled up next to us, snuggled in our laps and we knew she was going to be ours. She was the sweetest, most calm, puppy we had ever encountered. She never barked, never growled and only wanted to be in the same room with us. If we were having a party, she was right there, right in the mix, making sure everyone was having a good time. Even dancing when the song was right. 😀

There wasn’t a day that went by without Sidney reminding us what unconditional love looks like. Whether it was her head popping through the curtains when we pulled in the driveway, curling up beside us when we were sad or sick, or herding us down the hall making sure all was well, she always knew just what we needed, without ever saying a word.

It’s hard to imagine our home without the sound of her clunky paws (we called her a hard stepper) or the joy she brought to even the most ordinary days. But we know that the love we shared doesn’t end here. It lives on in the memories, the paw prints on our hearts, and the quiet moments where we still feel her presence.

Sidney, thank you for every tail wag, every kiss, every cuddle, every moment, every dance party. You were truly the best friend we could have asked for, and we will love you always.

Rest well, sweet girl.

Rest In Peace Ziva ❤️

From her family:

Ziva was a very special Border Collie, friendly, funny, obedient, fiercely independent, and always there as a protector and friend.
Her unconditional love helped us cope with the pains we experienced in life. Always there with a kiss or a paw in our hand.
She was the bravest dog I have ever seen in my life, enduring 2 life-threatening surgeries without uttering the first whimper of pain.
Never have I seen a dog more heroic.
How do you say goodbye to a dog that you wish you were more like, but being human, cannot reach the heights of her character? How do you say bye to your best friend? How do you ever get over the loss when you see her everywhere you look?
If there is a doggie Heaven, I know you're there and pray that you know how much we loved you and miss you. Our hearts will always be missing a part that was you, Ziva.
Love Mom, Dad, Zoey & Rebel
Thank you to Laura & Ashley, for taking care of our Ziva
