🏠🐾 This week on : Otto is searching for a forever home with ample treat storage and a family who thinks he's the best boy. 💞

To kick off his house hunt, Otto headed to Home Depot to gather inspiration for his future digs. He met potential neighbors, inspected the landscaping, browsed paint colors, checked out the lighting, and even tested the floors for maximum lounging potential.

Otto is a 2-year-old Australian Cattle Dog mix with tons of potential! This sweet, smart boy loves to play and is ready to put all his favorite features on display for the right family.

Not only is it , but it’s also Purses for Pooches day! 👛🐈✨

Alphonso was supposed to be our Purrsday star, but he beat us to the punch and headed to his forever home last night!

We have plenty of other kittens hoping their forever family is just around the corner. 💞

Reminder: Our Macklind Avenue shelter will close at 3 p.m. today (Thursday, June 18) as we get ready for our 20th annual Purses for Pooches.

Pushpop knows how to smile for the camera! 📸

This handsome boy is Pushpop! He's a 5-year-old German Shepherd mix who came to us as a stray a little over a month ago.

When he first arrived, everything was a little overwhelming. Since then, he's been settling in and showing off that winning smile of his. 💙

These field trips must be good luck because Farah found her forever home!! 💕

We still had to share these adorable photos for to celebrate her big news! 😝

Our volunteers make such a huge difference in the lives of our shelter pets every day, and field trips like these are a perfect example.

Over the weekend, Farah enjoyed a break from shelter life with visits to Forest Park Forever where she stopped to smell the flowers (literally) and Treats Unleashed where she enjoyed a delicious cookie! 🦩

Not long afterward, her forever family walked through our doors, and the rest is history! 🏡

Meet Bandit, a 2-year-old tricolor Aussie with the fluffiest coat, the sweetest smile, and enough charm to get away with just about anything!
