Tomorrow is our 9th Annual Outdoor Pet Blessing.
We will be honoring and remembering our special pets in our lives. If your pet has passed away please bring a picture of your pet.

The Dog Park will be closed tomorrow 7/19 morning at 9:30. We are having some trees trimmed. It will be open tomorrow afternoon.

Good news Friends!
The Small Dog Park is officially opened! 🐶

*Please remember your dog/dogs must be social and non aggressive to visit our dog park.
*Dogs are not allowed at Logan's Community Playground.

Good news! The large Dog Park is open to the community! The Dog Park Committee met at the Dog Park and spent 4 1/2 hours digging up this invasive poisonous w**d.
We have placed temporary fencing in the large Dog Park in an area where there were too many of this w**d. The w**d will die in the summertime and we will reopen the small Dog and remove the temporary fencing at this time.
Please make sure that your dog doesn't dig around the temporary fencing.

The Dog Park Committee consulted with the Horticulture Expert at the Botanical Gardens regarding the poisonous plant in our Dog Park.
They verified that it is the Star of Bethlehem plant.
They stated that these plants need to be dug up carefully.
The Committee has developed an action plan regarding the removal of all the plants. It will be labor intensive. It's our hope we will be able to reopen the Dog Park before Memorial Day.
I've shared with you pictures of the park. Everything that is green in the Dog Park is the Star Of Bethlehem.
The Committee appreciate your patience and understanding during this difficult time.
We will continue to keep you updated.
