Hello community! We have some updates that we would like to share. Our urgent care hours are Monday-Friday 9am-10pm and Saturdays 9am-4pm, we are closed on Sundays. We are requiring arrival times to be scheduled for urgent care visits. These arrival times are in place to benefit you as the client for a more efficient flow and decrease your wait time. We strive to keep everyone comfortable and know that an urgent care visit is not typically for a positive visit, but we are here to make your experience as positive as we can. This is how your arrival time works:
Give us a call at 314-739-1510 to discuss your pets issue(s) with our staff. We may ask further questions over the phone, this is to start the triaging process before you walk through the door.
Once we know what your pet needs to be seen for, we will then see when our next arrival time is. If the issue is something that can wait a few hours, we may ask that you come in later.
When your arrival time is scheduled we ask that you are in our parking lot at that time. Text our phone number displayed in the lot and we will get you checked in and your pet triaged.
Arrival times are not appointments or exam times. They are the time your pet is to arrive to the hospital for our staff to triage. We will do our best to get your pet seen ASAP.
We do appreciate your assistance in this. While we hope your pet does not need our urgent care services, we will be a phone call away if they do.
