Whose ready to meet some puppies? We are heading to PetSmart tomorrow for a puppypoloza adoption event and Zeus decided to tag along too. We will be at the back of the store on front of the groomers between 11 am and 3 pm on Saturday. This is going to be a great event and if it's like last weekend it will be crazy busy. Please come see us if you're thinking about adding a puppy to your family. And we have a lot of amazing adult dogs at the shelter that would also love to meet you. So make a plan to come see us. Everyone look at the stunning array of new to the adoption floor dogs we have ready and waiting to go home today! So many amazing dogs, each with their own unique and funny and lovable personality. And this only includes our new dogs. We also have a great bunch of dogs you've seen us post before like Morticia, Ozzy, Beans, Tobi, Olivee and more. We don't want to let today come to a close without mentioning Rainbow Bridge Remembrance Day - the day that we remember our pets that are no longer with us. Tonight we think of the dogs and cats that didn't get the happily ever after that we hoped for them. That does not mean that they were not loved and championed by us. Because we love, with our whole hearts, every animal that comes through our door. We remember with a tag on the bridge ❤️

PLEASE SHARE - PETSMART ADOPTION EVENT
Guys we know for sure that 9 week old puppies Thumbelina and Moose (both female) will be coming straight from their foster home to PetSmart in Spring Hill on Saturday. We'll be there from 11 am to 3 pm. Last week all of the puppies we brought went home so if you might be interested in either of these girls you might want to get to the event right at 11. We hope that Spark's foster dad brings him back for a second event. He went last Saturday and it was so good for him. Which other dogs would you like to meet in Spring Hill? Maybe new girls Beth and Harley or new guys Tucker or Bo? Please share and help us get the word out about Saturday.

EDIT - So sorry Skittles is actually at the shelter. AND we forgot to mention adult cats at the shelter are now $25 to adopt for a short time. Please come see us ❤️

Y'all when did PetSmart (Spring Hill) start stocking Skittles? Oh wait, we don't mean the candy but our adorable cat Skittles waiting patiently for a new family. We are in love with Skittles and that gorgeous, and we mean absolutely gorgeous, coloring. You can meet Skittles today in Spring Hill. We have a volunteer in store to answer questions and process adoptions until 4 pm. Don't wait because Skittles is sure to be scooped up fast leaving PetSmart permanently "out of stock"...please share!!

PLEASE SHARE TUCKER
Everyone please meet 3 year old Tucker. He is brand new to the adoption floor so we are still getting to know him but what we know so far is he's a keeper. We love his scruffy coat and pleasing personality. Any guesses on his breed? All we know is he's 58 lbs of adorable. If you are interested and you have a dog please bring your dog with you for a meet and greet. We hope you all share Tucker so we can keep his stay at the shelter a short one.

We are going to be at a special PetSmart (Spring Hill) pop-up adoption event on Saturday 8/30 from 11 am to 3 pm. PLEASE SHARE OUR ADULT CATS - $25 ADOPTION FEE
We have so many amazing adult cats that would love to go home. But with all the kittens, the adults are waiting longer than normal. So for that reason we are reducing our adoption fees for adult cats at the shelter to $25. We have some gorgeous cats to meet. Look at handsome Jeffrey and 2 female Russian Blues, Luna and Aileen. And tortie with some attitude, Poe. And how about Willowy and Scarlett. Please come in and meet one or all of our cats over a year old. Please share!

PLEASE SHARE EMBER - ADOPTED 🎉 🎉 🎉
Everyone meet the new girl Ember. She is 2 years old and looks like she could be a Border Collie mix. She is brand new to the adoption floor so we don't know a lot about her personality just yet. Here is an observation from a volunteer:

"This beautiful girl is 2 years old and appears to be a border collie mix. She is sweet, shy and gentle. Ember walks nicely on leash without pulling and is very affectionate and friendly. I sat down on a bench and Ember immediately sat down beside me and leaned up against my leg so I could pet her. She wasn't interested in taking treats from me but loved all the attention I would give her".

If you might be interested in meeting her we don't recommend waiting too long. If you already have a dog we can do a meet and greet at the shelter. Please share so we can keep beautiful Ember's stay short. Please share!
