Cici’s Grooming Services — Client Policies
To keep every appointment safe, clean, and running smoothly, please review the following policies before booking.
🐾 Vaccination Policy
All dogs must have received their **first/age-appropriate vaccinations** before being accepted for grooming.
Please let me know before your appointment if your dog is not fully vaccinated yet or has any medical reason they cannot receive vaccinations.
🐾 Pickup Policy
Once I contact you and let you know that your dog is ready for pickup, you have 1 hour to pick them up.
After the 1-hour pickup window, a $10 fee will be charged for every additional 30 minutes your dog remains in my care.
Please remember that I provide grooming services, not doggy daycare or boarding. Timely pickup allows me to properly clean and prepare my grooming area for my next client.
🐾 Aggressive or Difficult Behavior
Please let me know before the appointment if your dog has a history of biting, snapping, growling, or becoming aggressive during grooming.
If your dog displays aggressive behavior during the appointment that requires additional handling, time, or safety precautions, a $15 handling fee will be added to the final balance.
For the safety of your dog and myself, I also reserve the right to stop the grooming service if I feel it is unsafe to continue.
🐾 Flea Policy
Please tell me before your appointment if you know or suspect that your dog has fleas.
There is no additional disclosure fee if you tell me ahead of time. Letting me know allows me to properly prepare my grooming area and take the necessary precautions to protect my home, equipment, and other clients.
If fleas are found during the appointment and they were not disclosed beforehand, an additional $5 fee will be added to your service.
Depending on the severity of the flea infestation, additional services or treatment may be recommended before grooming can continue.
🐾 Client Responsibility
Please disclose any known behavioral concerns, health conditions, skin problems, injuries, allergies, fleas, or other concerns before your dog’s appointment.
Your honesty helps me provide the safest and most comfortable grooming experience possible.
