Effective Monday, October 13th, LB’s Cozy Critter Care will no longer be offering in-home pet (dog) sitting.

I’ve put it off for as long as I possibly could trying to continue helping others, but at some point, I have to put myself and my own babies’ well being first.

Some of you know, some may not, that I also own a mobile petting zoo, which means I have many farm animals here at home. I’ve always kept everyone safely separated with strict measures in place. However, I’ve experienced more than one heartbreaking loss and today we’ve had another that has hurt me so bad. My farm animals are gentle, trusting, and so innocent and sadly, they don’t stand a chance against a dog determined to get to them.

So while I’ll be finishing out the few remaining bookings this weekend, I won’t be accepting any new in (my) home sits after that. I will, however, still be available for drop-in visits at your home, if that’s something you need.

I’ll be reaching out to everyone booked past this weekend personally as well. Thank you for understanding.

🐾✨ I heard it was National Dog Day… so with summer finally starting to wind down, I thought today would be the perfect day to reintroduce myself, share what I do, and talk a little bit about what LB’s Cozy Critter Care is all about.

This summer has been insanely busy — in the very best way. I cannot put into words how thankful I am for each and every family who has trusted me to love on their fur babies while they’ve been away. Every single fur baby that has come through my door has brought joy and filled my days, and I truly count myself so blessed to be able to do this!

For those who don’t know me, I’m Lynnley — the heart behind LB’s Cozy Critter Care! I have a few (🤪) babies of my own including dogs, cats, goats, sheep, pigs, mini donkeys, chickens, ducks, and bunnies. 🐶🐱🐐🐷🐴🐓🦆🐇

With that being said, while dogs have definitely been the biggest hit for LB’s Cozy Critter Care, I can care for literally just about anything! 💖 And if I don’t already have it, chances are I want it, have cared for one before, or would be more than happy to learn!

My goal has always been to give families a more affordable, loving option where pets don’t just get “boarded” — they get to be apart of my family while they’re here. And while I mainly offer boarding from my home, I also provide drop-in visits and again, can help care for any fur, feather, or even hoofed baby you may have.

Thank you again to all of my returning families for making this little “job” of mine such a blessing. 💛 And if you ever need care for your pets, I’d be honored to help — send me a message anytime. 💕

🔥 Dog Days of Summer… Literally! 🔥

This heat is no joke, and while your pups may think they’re invincible during playtime, the temps say otherwise. Here at LB’s we know how much our furry friends love running around outside, but when the heat cranks up like this — safety has to come first.

We’re keeping outdoor time short and sweet, and making sure everyone gets plenty of indoor AC time and water.

Sure, some of them act like we’ve ruined their entire social life by keeping them in… but they’ll forgive us 😉 Staying cool = staying safe!

Thank you as always for trusting us to care for your pups like our own — even when that means being the “mean” ones who say recess is over! 🤪

Sweet Lily girl has been a regular with us for quite some time now, and I truly couldn’t love her more! 💕 I’m so incredibly thankful to her amazing family for trusting LB’s with both Lily and her sweet sister Emmy. These girls bring so much joy, and remind me each day why I love what I get to do, so much. Getting to care for them, love on them, and learn their little personalities — it’s the best part of my job. ✨🥹💜
