"Put your head down and work"
A phrase that was instilled in me from a young age and I often remember in trying times. Although at first it might've came as a chore, I've learned through time the immense value.
Hard work, consistently over time, develops excellence. Complete this often, regardless of feelings, outcomes, environment, etc, as there will always be one million excuses and distractions. This formula applies across the board, in all arenas.
