Hey everyone, with honey season coming to close for the year, ensuring your honey is ripe for harvest is a big thing when it comes to storing or selling it. However, if you have some honey jars or buckets starting to ferment, don't let it go to waste, use it. Fermented honey is just a precursor for mead so, use it and make your own mead. If this doesn't work for you, I would be happy to take it from you, for my own mead production or I have a licensed, local, mead producer looking to buy it from you. If you are in this position and don't know what to do with your fermenting honey jars/buckets, please contact/pm me and we can take care of it for you. On that note if you have good honey that you need to get rid of to make room for more, I can help with that too.
