Color coat tested palomino filly carrying 1 copy of Agouti.
Thank you Linda Gonynor for keeping me updated with pictures on this filly and taking such good care of her.
I’m leaning on calling this filly’s barn name after a mare in her pedigree that is repeated a few times named Tacinca pronounced - Ta Sing Ka
Tacinca was the dam of WoodRose Katrina one of my 1 st mare’s that was one of the foundations of my breeding program. Tacinca is present in both the Sire side and the Dams side of this filly.
Sunical was one of the prefix’s William Randolph Hearst used and Lucia was used by Mary “Sid” Spencer.

This is Grace Notes 3 rd foal and only filly so far.
The delivery was quick and seemingly very easy.
Thank you Linda Gonynor for the on the spot pictures as this foal was being born and directly afterwards and for providing such wonderful care.
Thank you Ellen Q of Grapevine Morgan’s for making the Grace Note cross so that she exists and entrusting Grace Note into my care to have a couple or few more foals. Ellen knows I have coveted Grace Note since she was born. We both highly value the bloodlines Grace carries as well as Graces calm sweet personality as an individual.
I humbly add the Heritage prefix, a very solid reputable Lippitt breeding program as a reminder that good stuff is built on the back of the ones that came before us.

This filly is chocked full of Red Oak, and gobs of some of the best California Working Western Morgan’s, many direct descendants of Randolph Hearst’s, and the Richard Sellman breeding program.

Explanation of the registered name -
William Randolph Hearst used 2 prefix’s and one of them was Sunical which was also used in his one of his Buisness names.
Lucia was occasionally used as a prefix by Sid Spencer
and Tacinca is WoodRose Katrina’s Dam who is present a number of times on the Sires, Sire and Dam side and again on the Dams sire line.
Tacinca was a very special mare, beloved by Pam McDermott of DawnWind Morgan’s.
This filly’s name is just one big tribute to others.
Most of the registered names I have given my Morgan’s have a story behind the name.
