If you come across an intersection where the traffic light is out, treat it as a four-way stop. Here's what to do:

Approach with caution and slow down as you get to the intersection.

Stop completely – just like at a stop sign!

Right-of-way rules:
First to arrive = first to go!

If multiple vehicles arrive at the same time, yield to the vehicle on your right.

If you’re turning left, yield to oncoming traffic.

Proceed carefully once it's your turn and make sure others have stopped.
