A milestone we wish we didn’t have to celebrate: Betty has been with us for one whole year. ❤️‍🩹
​When Betty first arrived as a stray, she was carrying quite a bit of extra weight. Thanks to the dedication of our canine team, she’s now at a healthy, happy weight and ready to find her forever couch!
​Betty is a spunky, high-energy gal. She absolutely thrives on playing ball in the yard, absolutely loves splashing around in the pool, and would be the perfect partner for trips to the lake this summer!
​She is also an incredibly smart pup who already knows several commands and is fully potty trained. After she gets her zoomies out (and dries off!), she is the ultimate cuddle bug and wants nothing more than to snuggle up with her human.

Betty prefers to be the center of your world. She can be dog-selective. While cats weren't her favorite in the past, we are working on further socialization, but a pet-free home is ideal for now.
​Because her history before life as a stray is a mystery, she’d do best in a home with kids aged 10 and up.

New month, new best friend? 🐾 June is officially National Adopt-a-Shelter-Cat Month!

​Right now, shelters across the country are entering their busiest time of the year. Our cat rooms are full of incredible personalities from playful kittens and adventurous teens to sweet, cozy seniors who just want a quiet lap to curl up in.
​If you’ve been thinking about adding some purr-fect love to your home, there is no better time than right now.
When you adopt, you aren't just changing one cat's life, you're opening up a safe space for the next cat who needs us. ❤️
