Four years ago...wow. I had been following Rosemary Farm for awhile but after this particular night / auction save I KNEW I had to go meet these amazing people and horses in the Catskills of New York.

Sad news from Rosemary Farm today: "It was a hard day here today. We are heartbroken to share that today, we lost one of our horses.... Shelby crossed the rainbow bridge quite suddenly, of natural causes, early this morning. She was perky last night when she got her grain and meds, and wanted to be out with her small herd, trotting with ears forward to greet them. Happy.
Shelby only joined us late last fall, and together we were working on medical issues with this senior ex-polo champ. While a shock to her family here, I feel grateful that she knew the love of many, both human and horse, and we did our best to give her happiness while she was at Rosemary Farm.
Happy trails my friend, I will miss you."
