This approx 3-4 year old neutered male was found near the corner of 4th Ave and Regan Pl in Scranton, neutered male
He has a pretty significant injury.
We are lucky we had a vet in the building (which is not always the case ) when he arrived.
He is very clean and looks to be someone’s pet .
Please come to the shelter if this is your cat , between the hours of 9-4
